Privacy Policy

SleepyCorgi is provided by Bytedrift Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We are responsible for the personal information we process in connection with SleepyCorgi.

This policy explains how information is handled in our iPhone app and on this website. Privacy requests should be directed to the person responsible for privacy at Bytedrift Limited: hello.sleepycorgi@gmail.com.

The app stores your bedtime schedule, reminder preferences, pet progress, session times and outcomes, and recovery information locally on your device. This information supports your routine and lets the app recover an interrupted session.

We do not upload your sleep-session history or corgi progress to our own servers. SleepyCorgi does not measure biological sleep or read Apple Health data. Your device’s backup settings may include app data in backups managed by Apple.

If you enable app blocking, Apple’s Screen Time framework supplies privacy-preserving tokens for the apps or categories you choose. SleepyCorgi stores selections and session settings in a local shared container so its extensions can apply restrictions. We do not send those selections to RevenueCat or use them for advertising.

Notifications are used for reminders and session updates when you allow them. Live Activities display session information on the Lock Screen and, on supported devices, the Dynamic Island. Anyone who can see your Lock Screen may see that information. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.

We use Apple’s in-app purchase system and RevenueCat to manage SleepyCorgi Pro. RevenueCat receives an automatically generated app user identifier, purchase and transaction history, and subscription status. It also processes technical information needed to deliver its service, such as app and system versions and network request information.

This processing lets us validate purchases, restore access, determine trial eligibility, prevent purchase fraud, and understand subscription performance. The SDK can contact RevenueCat to check subscription status even if you have not purchased. We do not send your corgi progress or sleep-session history to RevenueCat.

Apple handles payment details; we do not receive your full payment-card information. See Apple’s App Store privacy information and RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

This static website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

We do not add advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or cookies to this website. Its images and fonts are hosted with the site. Cloudflare may process security-related information as part of hosting.

If you email us once support is available, we receive your email address and the message or attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information you do not need to share.

We use information to provide app features, administer purchases, respond to support requests, and operate and protect our services. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

Information is handled by service providers as described above and may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, and email providers may process information in countries other than yours under their applicable privacy and data-protection arrangements.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing it, legal obligations, or consent for features that require it.

Local app data remains on your device until it is removed, for example by deleting the app. Backups are controlled separately through your device or Apple account settings. Deleting SleepyCorgi does not cancel an Apple subscription or automatically delete Apple or RevenueCat purchase records.

Service and support records are retained for as long as needed to provide access, respond to requests, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Retention can differ by provider and record type.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us about information we control. We may need enough information to verify and locate a request; we cannot retrieve session history stored only on your device.

SleepyCorgi does not ask for a date of birth or knowingly collect personal information from children below the age at which parental consent is required under applicable law without that consent. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
