Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the SleepyCorgi website and describe the SleepyCorgi service provided by Bytedrift Limited. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

The iPhone app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). That agreement governs the app licence; these website and service terms do not replace it. Apple’s applicable purchase terms also apply to App Store transactions.

SleepyCorgi encourages you to put down your phone through manually started sessions and virtual-pet progression. It does not measure biological sleep, offer medical advice, or diagnose or treat a condition. Session outcomes are app records, not proof of sleep or complete records of device use.

Always use your phone when needed for safety or an emergency. Do not rely on SleepyCorgi, its notifications, or its restrictions as a safety system or a guaranteed alarm.

The app requires a compatible iPhone and supported iOS version. Some features depend on permissions, your subscription, network connectivity, and Apple services. Screen Time enforcement, device-lock signals, notifications, and Live Activities are controlled in part by iOS and cannot be guaranteed in every situation.

Use the app and website lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy or distribute artwork or software except as permitted by the licence or applicable law.

SleepyCorgi Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Available plans, local prices, billing periods, included features, and any eligible free trial are displayed in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you agree to pay. Trial eligibility is determined through Apple; a trial is not available to everyone.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. After an eligible trial ends, the subscription converts to the displayed paid plan unless cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal under Apple’s terms. Apple advises cancelling a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want it to renew.

Manage or cancel using Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app to check an existing purchase. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to its policies and applicable consumer rights.

A successful night depends on completing the session according to the rules shown in the app. Early termination or exceeding the return limit may prevent a successful outcome. Corgi growth and portraits are virtual features with no cash value.

Progress is stored locally, with optional iCloud sync for corgi progress and finished history. Sync merges earned progress across devices using the same iCloud account while the app is open and no session or result is pending. It depends on iCloud availability, storage, and connectivity and does not keep historical backup versions. Apple device backups are separate. Device loss, app deletion, or restoring a different backup can affect progress; recovery depends on an available saved copy.

SleepyCorgi branding, artwork, website content, and software belong to Bytedrift Limited or their respective licensors. Using the app or site does not transfer ownership. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but features may change and interruptions or errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation or a particular health or lifestyle result.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory consumer rights. The app’s warranty and liability provisions are set out in the applicable Apple EULA.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice where required. Subscription changes remain subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law.
